This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how AGI One ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at agi-phone.one ("Website") or purchase our products. By using the Website or purchasing a product, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide. When you place a pre-order or contact us, we may collect your full name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and payment information (including credit card details or cryptocurrency wallet addresses).

Automatically Collected Information. 3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist us in processing payments, fulfilling orders, and operating the Website, subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality; (b) law enforcement or governmental authorities if required by law, regulation, or legal process; and (c) successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

4. On-Chain Data

The AGI One device interacts with the Solana blockchain, which is a public, permissionless ledger. Any transactions you execute through the device, including swaps, transfers, and agent-initiated trades, are recorded on-chain and are publicly accessible. We do not control the Solana blockchain and cannot delete or modify on-chain data. You should be aware that your wallet address and transaction history may be viewed by any third party.

5. Device Data

Data generated by OpenClaw agents and other software running on your AGI One device is stored locally on the device. This includes agent configurations, decision logs, trade history, and wallet information. We do not have remote access to data stored on your device unless you explicitly transmit it to us. You are responsible for securing your device and the data stored on it.

6. Private Keys

We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys. Your private keys are stored exclusively on your device. If you lose your private keys, we cannot recover them. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your private keys and seed phrases.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Website and provide information at your own risk.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
